SANDBURG ASB

ASB (Associated Student Body) is made up of energetic leaders with a desire to make a positive impact on their school and in their community.  The group is composed of elected cabinet members, which includes the ASB President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Grade Level Representatives.  The Leadership class and the ASB cabinet work together throughout they year to benefit the entire school community.

ASB CARDS

Every student is urged to support student body activities by purchasing an ASB card. You will have the opportunity to purchase an ASB card during registration or schedule pickup day. Your purchase of an ASB card ensures your eligibility to receive a discounted yearbook, as well as discounts on student activites throughout the year. Funds raised through the sale of ASB cards benefit all students at Sandburg Middle School in a variety of activities and extracurricular opportunities.

ASB POLICIES

The following policies will be in effect this year regarding school activities:

1. LISTEN CAREFULLY TO ALL DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS regarding activities, especially for dates and times.

2. Ticket sales and activity sign-ups are held ONLY at the times and dates announced. We will not sell tickets or take sign-ups after those announced dates and times. If you have a problem regarding your purchase or sign-up, see Mrs. Espino or Mrs. Carrigan BEFORE the end of the sale or sign-up.

3. If your name is on an exclusion/ineligible list, you must be cleared in time to buy a ticket or sign up for an activity during the regular announced times.

4. If you purchase a ticket for an activity and lose it, you must purchase another one. LOST TICKETS ARE NOT REPLACED FOR FREE. Replacement tickets must be purchased during the regular ticket sale times.
